Hi, I am Naz.
For five years, I worked as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte. I learned how large systems think. How strategy is structured. How growth is measured. How teams move when clarity is present. I also learned something else.
Many brilliant people do not struggle because they lack intelligence. They struggle because the system was never designed for the way they think. After Deloitte, I stepped out. Not impulsively. Intentionally! The next five years were not a straight line.
They were experiments, leadership roles, community building, brand strategy, mentoring, operating behind the scenes, and building alongside founders who carried far more capacity than support.
I worked with Founders who were capable but scattered. Job seekers who felt invisible. Creative leaders who were strong but quietly exhausted from holding everything alone. The pattern became clear. The issue was never talent. It was structure. Multi-talented humans do not need to shrink. They need systems that can hold their range.
SOS was shaped over those years. Not as a course, a cohort or a motivational platform. But as a studio. A place where strategy meets humanity. Where clarity replaces noise. Where growth is designed to be sustainable.
I do not see myself as a coach. Or a consultant in the traditional sense. I am a thinking partner. I help founders make sense of their brilliant mess, choose aligned direction, and build systems that allow them to rise without losing themselves.
